1. Terms and Conditions of use

By Accessing, browsing or using this website you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing and item advertised on this website and/or by completing the registration process to open an account with Adonis Flower Designers Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. Adonis Flower Designers Limited may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after any amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions , as amended.

2. Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

All material on this site, including but not limited to images, illustrations are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Adonis Flower Designers Limited or by other parties that have licensed material to Adonis Flower Designers Limited. Material on adonisflowerdesigners.ie is solely for your personal, non commercial use. Such material may not be copied reproduced or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of Adonis Flower Designers Limited. The use of this website and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Irish Law and any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Irish Law and exclusively the Irish Courts.

Adonis Flower Designers Limited will take no responsibility for any websites accessible via links on adonisflowerdesigners.ie.

4. Flowers

Flowers are seasonal, fresh and perishable products. We strive to meet our customers requests but may have to substitute a flower type if the flower/s type/s are unavailable or the quality is deemed unacceptable by Adonis Flower Designers Limited to be sold. In these events we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value without notice.

5. Orders

Orders received on or before 12 noon Monday to Friday can be delivered the same day. Orders for Saturday Delivery must be received by 4pm on the day before. If the order is received after 12 noon for that day we will try to make delivery but will not gaurentee delivered that day. Due to Traffic it is not possible to give a time of delivery. We will endeavour to deliver your order as you request but do not take responsibility if, the delivery is late or early.

6. Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or amend your order please notify us as soon as possible by telephone, fax or e-mail, preferably 24 hours prior to the delivery. If you order has been made up and or left the shop for delivery you may be fully or in part charged. Where a delivery is to be made Via a third party (i.e. Our Relay service) then 2 days notice of cancellation must be given.

7. Delivery

Before placing your order please insure that you have included the following details. Your name and contact details, the recipient's Name, address and as many contact details as possible (landline mobile etc..). If no one is home our policy is to leave with a neighbour and leave a card in the door to indicate where the delivery is. If we cannot find anyone to take the delivery we will contact the recipient for directions. If the deliver cannot be made or has to be directed to another address there will be an extra delivery charge. In certain locations like hospitals, hotels, offices etc..the signature of an authorised Person will be accepted as proof of delivery.

8. Messages

Adonis Flower Designers Limited has to right to refuse to send or display any message that we feel is vulgar, abusive, harassing, racist, defamatory or objectionable in any way. This applies to all messages that Adonis Flower Designers has control over and we cannot take any responsibility for cards written and sealed in our shop or delivered to us for attachment.

9. Liability

If the flowers delivered are not what was ordered or are damaged or defective or incorrect, we shall not have any liability unless you notify us within 24hours. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver products you have ordered or any delay in doing so that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our control, including breakdowns , floods, fire, explosion or accident.

10. Payment

We accept payment online with Visa , MasterCard, American Express and laser via Paypal . VAT is charged and included in the prices quoted . A Credit account can be opened by business and private clients subject to approval. Payment must be made within 30days, unless Adonis Flower Designers Limited has agreed and issued prior Written notice otherwise. 11. Complaints

Any complaints should be addressed to Adonisaccounts@eircom.net or mailed to our registered Offices at 59-60 Patrick Street, Dublin 8 or telephone us on 01 4545973. Because flowers are perishable in nature it is imperative that you make your complaint within 24hours of delivery to allow us to understand the issue and attempt to resolve it to or mutual satisfaction.

12. Data Protection/Privacy

Our policy is to respect the privacy of all our customers. We will not disclose any personal information about your account with us unless we are legally required to do so.
